Hoquiam Whole House Remodel

Completion date: May 2021     Location: Hoquiam, WA

A regional house flipper contracted us again to completely remodel a vintage 1906 house in Hoquiam, WA. We submitted for a full building permit with the City of Hoquiam after the demolition crew nearly completely gutted the interior of the house. All electrical was replaced and we supervised the complete replumbing, including adding a second full bathroom. Repairs included cedar siding repairs, all new windows and doors, installation of all new drywall, doors, cabinets, fixtures, etc. We completed all tasks except for rough-in electrical and plumbing and flooring installation. We then completely repainted the interior and exterior.

Many general contractors do not "show their work" on their websites, because they do not build to code. 

We do it right, or we don't do it at all!
