Covered Deck Rebuild

Our client contracted with us to help prepare a family estate home for resale after the passing of a family member. The home had an existing 3-season enclosed porch that had extensive water damage and neglect over the years, which we demolished. We salvaged most of the porch foundation structure and constructed a new, weather protected, 10x16 (160 SF) Trex covered deck with a new corrugated metal roof to create a new inviting outdoor entertaining area. We salvaged the matching house siding that we removed from the previous enclosed porch and installed on the house to match.
