Ocean Shores Whole House Remodel

Our third project with the regional house flippers, we were contracted to completely remodel a former drug grow house in Ocean Shores, WA. After their demolition crew removed most interior finishes, we prepared floor plan drawings of both floors and submitted for a remodel building permit with the City of Ocean Shores to convert the house back to a single family home from an illegal duplex. Work on this house was similar in scope to the Hoquiam remodel, except the house was not completely replumbed or rewired. We did however convert the 2nd floor kitchen and living room to a master suite with new four piece bathroom and walk in closet. We also converted one of the existing first floor bedrooms to a mud/laundry room with a new access to the attached garage. After all exterior siding and deck repairs, we completely repainted the entire house inside and out.
